Dr. Patton Morrison Barton was born in Selma, Alabama. She attended Birmingham-Southern College and Auburn University. In 1997, she graduated from the University of Alabama School of Medicine and went on to residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Barton had multiple publications in the field of Gynecology during her residency. She joined the Mobile Bay Ob-Gyn Center in 2001. Dr. Barton is married to John. Together they have a menagerie: five dogs (Quintessa, Vander, Seraphina, Red, and Blanco) and two horses (Sil and Tuko). Dr. Barton is an avid horseback rider and also enjoys gardening, reading, and spoiling her nieces and nephews.

Dr. Quin Allain Bixler joined Mobile Bay OB-GYN Center in 2017. She was born and raised in South Louisiana. Her family has been farming sugarcane for over 200 years, but she decided to forego agriculture and pursue a career in medicine. She attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She graduated from the Medical School at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans. Dr. Bixler is married to Harrison Bixler, a Mobile native, and they have three children. She enjoys cooking, entertaining, reading, and watching college football. She received the 2017 Nappie Award for “Best Hoo-Ha Doctor.”
